This villa project was a partnership between Mahallati Interiors and Australian creative powerhouse Steve Gorrow. Consulting took place to finalize the full interior and exterior design - including all the loose furniture and built ins. One focus is on open areas in which to lounge around and relax, and these multiple areas feature furniture designs manufactured in Teak and steel with compatible cushions and upholstery. The 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, media room and open plan kitchen with breakfast bar feature stylish and functional furniture designs also in Teak, steel and other miscellaneous materials.
Residential fit-outs require pieces of a caliber that reflects todays requirements in terms of form, structure and life. The proportions and characteristics of the furniture are timeless and will remain fashionable throughout the life of the villa. The materials are chosen for their beauty, practicality and longevity. The joinery and construction of the pieces is traditional, and time tested.
