Little Jack Horner restaurant – Sand, sea, sunsets and superb live music provide a relaxed and entertaining vibe at the newly renovated Little Jack Horner restaurant.

Mahallati Interiors are becoming well known experts at re-fitting, re-vamping, re-modelling and otherwise re-vitalising beachfront eateries such as the Little Jack Horner restaurant in Coogee bay road, Coogee in Sydney. This prime location and the tropical-Mexican-bohemian blend of styles and décor makes sense for positive vibes and good times. Quality time full of good memories and great moments will be what you take away from your visit to Little Jack Horner, not to mention a stomach full of great eats and beverages.

Mahallati Interiors provided the design and technical consulting services for the furniture, fittings and equipment, as well sourcing, supplying and manufacturing various aspects of the fit out. Flooring made from Teak -one of the best timbers for this application – was sourced and supplied by Mahallati. Teak is great for flooring because of its toughness and resilience to wear – not to mention it’s beautiful golden-brown colouring. Flooring made from Teak will only improve with age and use. The painted steel and Teak barstools are a standout item and comfortable as well. The paint is applied in a distressed fashion and the colour itself comes from that Mexican flavoured palette. Sit in these stools at the chunky Teak bar, or at one of the chunky Teak bar height refectory style tables.

The bistro tables with Teak tops and powder coated steel bases are paired with bentwood chairs made from painted mahogany in a perfect blend of modern and vintage styling. The bright colour of the chairs displays that Mexican palette again. Mahallati Interiors supplied the bar shelving and light fittings including ones made from natural rattan. The carefully measured distressing and rustic finishing of all these pieces and the rest of the fit-out result in an overall homologous feeling of lived in welcoming that will keep clients returning to enjoy the essence of the renovation. Mahallati stepped outside their usual creative brief to supply purely functional stainless-steel food preparation tables for the kitchen. Concrete tiling and other decorative tiling used on site was also supplied by Mahallati Interiors.
